A former senior investment banker and a close personal friend of his were on May 10 found guilty of insider dealing.

Martyn Dodgson, who previously worked for Morgan Stanley, Lehman Brothers and Deutsche Bank, and businessman Andrey Hind, were both found guilty of conspiring to insider deal, following a three-month trial at Southwark Crown Court.
