Investors who gambled on newly-listed UK businesses this year could be in for a very merry Christmas, with Deloitte revealing that London’s main market floats have outperformed the FTSE 100 by over 21%.

On average, the share price of the 28 companies to have floated on London's main market so far this year are now up by around 17.2%, Deloitte said November 2, already beating last year's average return of 12.4%.
