UK investment chief quits Colonial First State Investments

Colonial First State Investments (CFSI), which this year bought Scottish fund manager, Stewart Ivory, has named Stuart Paul as chief investment officer of its UK investment management business.

Paul, who was previously joint head of global emerging markets at Stewart Ivory, where he was been since 1994, replaces Mark Burgess, who has left the company to explore new opportunities, according to the company.
