UK Financial Investments, the body charged with managing stakes in Royal Bank of Scotland and Lloyds Banking Group, has appointed JP Morgan Cazenove as a privatisation strategy adviser and revealed a lengthy list of firms that have qualified for roles on expected share sales.

UKFI last month launched the tender process for the privatisation of its stakes in Lloyds and RBS, as first reported by Financial News.
