Ukrainian float undaunted by market pessimism

Ukrainian oil and gas group Cadogan Petroleum floated on the London Stock Exchange to raise £139m (€175m) despite a deterioration in investor sentiment toward initial public offerings in Europe over the past month.

The company is the second Ukrainian company to float on the LSE's main market this year after poultry producer Mironovskiy Hleboproduct raised $322.5m last month.
