UK’s fintech envoy raises Brexit immigration fears

The UK’s Fintech Envoy to the Treasury has said that the lack of clarity around freedom of movement in post-Brexit Britain is not helping the fintech industry.

Speaking at the 'Finance Disrupted; Collaborate or Die' conference held by the Economist on January 25 in London, Eileen Burbidge, who was listed on FN's 40 under 40 Rising Stars in Fintech in 2016, said that access to talent was very important for the financial technology sector.
