UK’s largest accountancy firms fail to use audit quality checks ‘effectively’, FRC says

The FRC found that most firms were performing checks after the audit was complete, instead of before or during

Britain's top accounting firms are failing to use crucial quality checks to assess company audits that are meant to prevent audit failures, the UK's auditing watchdog has said.
