Talk of a belated recovery in the Europe and US may be gaining traction, but according to a new survey, the super-wealthy of those regions are already well on their way.

The Wealth-X and UBS World Ultra Wealth Report 2013 found that those regions together gained nearly 10,000 ultra-high net worth individuals between July 2012 and June 2013, with a total increase in wealth of $1.5 trillion.
