Unicredit has brought in a former senior partner at McKinsey as a co-head of its financial advisory team amid a revamp of its corporate and investment banking unit.

Vincenzo Tortorici, a former senior partner at McKinsey & Company, has joined UniCredit as co-head of corporate finance advisory alongside Piero Munari. Tortorici, who will be based in Milan, will be responsible for coordinating group-wide M&A transaction and advisory services.
