United Financial Group (UFG), the Russian investment bank, has hired two analysts and intends to recruit another seven to nearly double its research team.

The promotion of two analysts to the bank's corporate finance team left it with 11, but the arrival of Pavel Kushnir and Elena Sakhnova, coupled with the planned hires, will boost it to 20.
