The £150m University College Cork pension fund has invited tenders from one or more fund managers to run balanced mandates.

A spokesman said that the scheme was looking for managers experienced in managing balanced portfolios. The target set for managers is to be in the 4th quartile of the Combined Performance Measurement Service's survey of Irish pension fund managers.
