US alarm firm increases IPO size for second time

Integrated Alarm Services, the US security alarm systems supplier, has increased the size of its planned initial public offering for the second time, buoyed by the strong performance of the handful of new issues this year.

Although there have been few IPOs this year, they have performed well. There have only been five issues raising $382m (€326m), according to Dealogic, the investment banking research firm.
