Whitehead Mann, the executive search agency which issued a surprise profits warning last month, is the subject of a potential takeover bid.

In a statement to the London Stock Exchange this morning, UK-listed Whitehead Mann, said it had received "a number of approaches" which may or may not lead to an offer for the company.
