International Strategy & Investment Group, the New York-based broker dealer founded by Wall Street economists Ed Hyman and Nancy Lazar, is launching a major expansion of its London operations, as it joins several North American firms eyeing European growth.

ISI president Vinayak Singh told Financial News that ISI hopes to hire three new research teams and launch a sales and trading desk offering pan-European coverage by summer.
