US firm buys majority stake in Sector Analysis

New York-based Freeman & Company has bought a majority stake in Sector Analysis, the European investment research company.

Freeman, a consulting and advisory company, will own 51% of the company with up to 49% of the equity still to be held by the management of Sector Analysis. Neither of the companies would disclose the purchasing price.
