Van der Wyck to chair Climate Change Capital

Climate Change Capital (CCC), the specialist investment banking group established last year to focus on climate change and energy , has appointed Otto van der Wyck, a leading figure in European private equity, as its chairman.

Van der Wyck was a founder of two of Europe's most successful private equity firms, BC Partners Ltd and Citicorp Venture Capital Ltd (CVC), and was formerly head of corporate finance, Europe, with Rothschild International Bank and spent the first seven years of his career with Shell International.
