Vanguard Group has hired a Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance executive as its new finance boss, reviving a top chief financial officer role at the fund firm as its assets swell.
Michael Rollings, 52, will join the Malvern, Pennsylvania-based mutual fund giant in June as CFO and head of its finance division. He spent 15 years at MassMutual and became the insurer's CFO in 2006.
