JP Morgan has moved a step closer to completing the combination of its corporate and investment banking units and treasury services units, appointing regional heads of banking to oversee client coverage across the three areas, with an FN100 stalwart handed the reins in Europe.

In a memo sent out to staff yesterday, Jeff Urwin and Don McCree, global head of investment banking and global head of corporate banking and treasury services respectively, announced the appointments of heads or co-heads of regional banking for Europe, Middle East and Africa, Latin America and Asia-Pacific. All of the heads and co-heads will report to Urwin and McCree.
