Vivendi Universal has added another banker to its mergers and acquisitions team, continuing the trend of corporates expanding their corporate finance teams to avoid paying hefty fees to external advisers.
Régis Turrini joins the French media group as executive vice-president in charge of divestitures, mergers and acquisitions. He was previously managing partner of ARJIL & Associés, the investment bank owned by Lagardère Group, the French media and technology group.
