VTB Capital, the Russian investment bank, has appointed Peter Stonor as global head of infrastructure and transport, a role in which he will develop client services to provide expertise on projects in the sector. Stonor was previously a managing director at RBS global banking and markets, and has held senior positions at Macquarie and ABN AMRO Corporate Finance.
