VTB Capital has appointed Jason Fung head of Asia financing structuring, based in Hong Kong. Fung will be responsible for VTB Capital's regional development of structured finance business, reporting to Peter Firmin, head of international private finance structuring. Fung had been head of the north Asia and emerging markets financing group at Credit Suisse since 2006. He was previously vice president at Citigroup global markets Asia from 1999 to 2006.
