New York-headquartered Walleye Capital will run its newest trading strategy from Dubai in the latest sign that multi-strategy hedge funds are flocking to the region.

Walleye has relocated portfolio manager Rupert Graham from Switzerland to the emirate to run a systematic options strategy, according to people familiar with the matter.
