London-based private equity house Warburg Pincus has agreed to buy a majority stake in international fashion brand Reiss in a deal that values the business at £230 million, a statement said.

The firm made the investment from its 12th global buyout fund which held a first and final close on $12 billion in November 2015, a spokeswoman said.
