Warburg Pincus completes double buyout

Private equity firm Warburg Pincus has acquired two treasury and capital market transaction processing companies for a combined total of $200m (€156m), including debt.

The companies, Wall Street Systems and Trema, have been merged and will now operate as Wall Street Systems. A spokeswoman said that the integration process is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
