Watson adds M&S role

Tony Watson, former chief executive of activist fund manager Hermes, is to become chairman of UK retailer Marks & Spencer's £4.3bn (€6.3bn)pension fund.

Watson, who will take up the role on April 1, was also recently been appointed non-executive director of mobile phone giant Vodafone.
