Watson Wyatt, the investment consultancy, has poached principal and business manager Ravi Rastogi from PSolve Asset Solutions. He will become a senior investment consultant and start work in December.

Rastogi has 13 years' investment consulting experience. He was involved in liability-driven solutions and business development at PSolve and had previously worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
