We need to rebuild a more inclusive economy, Jamie Dimon tells shareholders

The chief executive of JPMorgan's comments come as the US and the UK gradually restart their economies

The chief executive and chairman of JPMorgan hopes the Covid-19 crisis will lead to a more inclusive economy.

“In the midst of today’s uncertainties and the acute impacts – with unemployment high and little economic activity – it’s hard to plan for the future,” Jamie Dimon wrote in a letter to shareholders published on 19 May ahead of the bank’s annual shareholders' meeting.
