Bank aims to roll out advice offering to clients of brokerage arm starting with pilot program next year

Wells Fargo goes robo

Wells Fargo’s brokerage arm is partnering with SigFig Wealth Management to bring automated investment advice to clients, the latest example of how traditional wealth management firms are working with startup robo advisers to offer new digital tools to investors.

The San Francisco bank said it aims to roll out a digital advice offering to clients of brokerage arm Wells Fargo Advisors, beginning with a pilot program next year.
