The £800m West Sussex county council pension fund could hire a transition manager and custodian if its review of Phillips & Drew results in changes.
The fund started the review process in the spring but has yet to come to any decisions, said Rosemary Burfoot, group accountant. "Decisions of any changes will be taken by the end of the year but there are no presumption of changes," she said.
