Westhouse Securities, the corporate and institutional broker, has appointed Andrew Proctor as finance director. He joins from corporate broking firm N+1 Singer, where he has worked as chief financial officer since 2010. He has worked in similar roles at New World Trader in London and South African boutique Synapte.
