WestLB Panmure has hired Richard Gray and Hugh Morgan to its London-based corporate finance team.

Gray joins the bank as a managing director from ING Barings, where he was managing director and head of corporate broking. In his new capacity, he will report to Tim Linacre, managing director and head of UK corporate finance at the bank. Gray worked at ING Barings until around September last year, when he was made redundant along with several other of the bank's London-based staff.
