Weston Capital focuses on risk after losses

Weston Capital Management, the $1bn (€960m) US fund of hedge funds that was one of the biggest investors in Beacon Hill, the failed US hedge fund firm, has appointed Mark Szycher as new chief risk officer.

Analysts claim the appointment is a result of Weston's losses because of its exposure to Beacon Hill.
