Weston quits Morgan Stanley after 16 years

Mike Weston, a 16-year fixed income veteran at Morgan Stanley, has quit as global head of debt syndicate at the US bank.

Morgan Stanley confirmed that New Zealand-born Weston, who joined the bank's fixed income group in 1986, resigned on Tuesday. He is expected to take some time out of the investment banking industry to pursue new interests.
