WeWork, a serviced office company credited with driving a surge of interest in flexible workspaces, has been given the thumbs-up from the City of London for a new flagship development in the heart of the Square Mile.

The New York-based company was given permission this week by the City of London Corporation’s planning committee to start fitting out six floors of office space in 10 Devonshire Square, close to Liverpool Street train station.
