London broker appoints City veteran after tough times

Mid-cap broker and wealth manager WH Ireland has appointed a City veteran in a key client-facing role as the firm rebuilds after a "difficult" period.

Mike Ingram has joined the firm as chief market strategist, according to a statement. He will be responsible for providing clients with market and political commentary, and work within WH Ireland’s corporate and institutional broking and wealth management divisions.
