As talks among regulators on bank ownership of commodity assets look set to continue, and legal suits mount up over banks' metal warehouses, some have already decided to exit the business and more are expected to follow.
Goldman Sachs is facing its third law suit this month after railings maker Viva Railings and metal recycling company Regal Recycling filed a suit against the bank in the US District Court in Manhattan yesterday over its Metro metal warehouse network, according to The Wall Street Journal.
