Goldman Sachs International’s chief executive officer Richard Gnodde, would gladly take a match to unnecessary rules for the City post Brexit. But what would make his list?

“Duplication, unnecessary reporting, excessive reporting,” Gnodde told BBC Radio 4’s Today programme on 16 July.
