Aquila Capital, a German fund group audited by KPMG, has become the subject of a whistleblower report to the Financial Conduct Authority after a breach of the UK's pension rules, as has one of the firm's senior staff.

The €13bn fund management firm headquartered in Germany and its head of international client advisory Lars Meisinger, were reported to the UK’s FCA in late 2021, according to a screenshot of the whistleblowing report seen by Financial News.
