White & Case, the law firm, has recruited David Barwise as a partner in the expanding London-based structured finance division of its capital markets group.

Barwise will join in January from Linklaters in London, where he was a member of the structured finance team. He will report to Rich Reilly, a structured finance specialist who joined last year to head the group from Weil, Gotshal & Manges in New York.
