White & Case recruits two ECM partners on back of IPO boom

US law firm White & Case has hired two partners for its London-based equity capital markets team from rival US firm McDermott Will & Emery, as demand for equity underwriting advice increases on the back of a boom in European stock market listings.

Andrew Croxford and Andrew Caunt, who together have over 20 years of experience in advising on equity capital markets deals, join White & Case as the firm looks to hire additional staff for its London and wider European capital markets business.
