Daniel J. McCardell has joined The Clearing House Association as a senior vice president and head of regulatory affairs. McCardell will be based in New York. Before joining The Clearing House, McCardell was deputy director for the Harvard Law School. Prior to that McCardell was the deputy director for the White House Office of Public Liaison. In this role, he managed communications regarding a variety of issues including the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act and the Troubled Asset Relief Plan.
