Anne Richards has spent the past two years trying to engineer a turnaround in performance at M&G Investments, but the newly named chief executive of Fidelity International will face another set of unique challenges when she joins her new outfit in December.
Richards, who last month was named to the top job at Fidelity, leaves M&G in much better shape than when she took over from Michael McLintock in 2016.
