The Presidents Club dinner has put non-disclosure agreements under the spotlight. But how much extra protection does an employer gain by asking an employee to enter into a non-disclosure agreement? Would an NDA prohibit someone from talking about being sexually harassed?

Clearly, NDAs make employees nervous about acting in breach of something they have signed up to. But legally they have relatively limited use.
