William M Mercer, the investment consultancy, has appointed Simon Brimblecombe as an international consultant and Simon Moody as a healthcare and group risk actuary.

At Mercer, Brimblecombe will be responsible for providing advice to multinational companies on their international pension and employee benefits plans. He will also be continuing his previous role of advising overseas governments and institutions on pension and social security reform.
