Williams de Broë, the UK broker, has promoted director Frank Moxon to become its new head of corporate finance.

Moxon, who has been acting head of the division since July last year, is also the chairman of the corporate finance forum of the Securities & Investment Institute, the professional body for practitioners in the securities industry.
