Williams Lea, the corporate information management services provider, has combined its equity research production operations with Chris Fowler International's (CFI) operations.

The transaction signals Williams Lea's final move in its exit from conventional print manufacturing. The group will now be free to focus entirely on its corporate information outsourcing business.
