Willis Towers Watson has promoted its chief manager-researcher, Luba Nikulina, to a newly created role overseeing all the investment consultancy’s research output, including operations and due diligence.

Nikulina, one of FN’s 100 Most Influential Women in Finance, has led the top-three consultancy’s manager-search efforts for the past five years. She oversaw a 100-strong team that influences tens of billions of inflows and withdrawals from asset managers.
