Willis Towers Watson is setting up a new "marketplace" for pension funds and asset managers, aiming to offer access to hedge funds and other investments at low cost.

The Asset Management Exchange's initial focus will be on the provision of "cost effective and simpler access" to hedge fund strategies, according to a February 20 statement, with other asset classes to follow later in the year.
