Simon Wombwell, head of UK fund marketing at Mellon Global Investments, will leave the firm at the end of the month following a reorganisation.

Mellon has decided to divide Wombwell's responsibilities between the heads of its wholesale, institutional and pooled funds divisions in the UK, which is principally represented by Newton Investment Management.
