The overwhelming majority of women working in the European financial services industry fear they are being paid significantly less than men doing the same job and believe they are being penalised by a lack of transparency over pay.

According to the findings of Financial News’ extensive Women in Finance Survey, which polled almost 750 female workers in European finance, women say they are left feeling undervalued and powerless to redress the salary imbalance without risking their careers.
